My coaching is informed by:

  • 20+ years of working on whiteness and being a “white-body-in-non-profit” stuff 

  • Experience as both an ensemble and freelance theater maker/artist/producer

  • Race, Gender, Class analysis 

  • A LOT of experience working with dysfunctional organizations and teams

  • Feminist perspectives on leadership and management 

  • Network development and management
